About my practice and background:

I am an experienced psychotherapist licensed as a Marriage & Family Therapist in Georgia. I have extensive expertise helping individuals of all ages as well as couples and families.

I was a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor for 17 years and continue to update my skills for working with children & teens.

I have trained through level 2 in the Gottman method, an evidence based way of working with couples to improve their relationship. I am also trained in Emotional Focused Therapy that helps couples get past negative looping cycles to strengthen their attachment bond.

I have trained in many powerful approaches including EMDR, IFS and Sandtray therapy.

When not seeing clients I love walking in the woods of the Greenway and seeing wildlife; spending time with family - especially my sassy, toddler niece - and friends; exploring new places through travel; reading and watching British mysteries; playing with my dog Jasiri and learning new things.
